Established in 2012 with the approval of the Board of Directors, ZRP Management Training Academy was founded to support the company's talent development strategy. Driven by professional competencies, it designs, delivers, and iteratively enhances empowerment programs, gradually evolving into a premier training hub and talent pipeline for the organization. While dedicated to advancing the compan's strategic talent goals, the Academy also extends its impact beyond corporate boundaries.
